Obiter Dictum is a quirky side project for Briar Ridge. Their Cabernet is crafted with fruit from the Central Ranges in NSW to create a deeply-flavoured wine.
Deep crimson purple. Dark rose petal, blackcurrant, plum and cassis aromas. Plush, round and approachable, with layers of blue and purple fruit across soft, silken tannins, with spicy mocha oak and a long finish.
