McLaren Vale local and founder of Oliver’s Taranga, winemaker Corrina Wright is a small batch master, using no oak and only indigenous yeast to craft this youthful, beautifully textured Fiano.
Pale to mid yellow in appearance with a savoury, restrained nose, featuring pear and apricot notes with touches of grilled nuts, musk and lemongrass. Medium-weight, yet rich and creamy, it has a lovely textural quality throughout. A savoury, understated wine, with a delicious umami factor adding character and depth.
