Crafted by Rod Hooper who has a passion for quality preservative free and organic wines, the 2016 Em's Table Riesling was crafted using certified organic fruit from Clare Valley. The palate is slightly sweet and honeyed on entry yet strongly varietal with plenty of lime fruit intensity. Has an interesting textural element and mouth-watering acidity making for a deliciously flavoursome wine.
 
Fruit for Battle of Bosworth Chardonnay Viognier 2017 came off vines planted in the early 1970s that are now fully certified ‘A’ grade organic by the Australian Certified Organic organisation. It shows vibrant texture throughout with a juicy core of tropical fruit and apricot, crisp acidity and mouth-watering persistence. A real crowd pleaser.
