The Gold medal-winning Dominique Portet Fontaine Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 from the Yarra Valley has been crafted by a winemaker whose winemaking heritage stretches back to 18th century France. Bright and vibrant, it features a savoury mix of black fruit with touches of dried herb and mint.
 
Dan Binet is one of the Hunter’s more experimental winemakers, who’s pushing the boundaries with interesting varieties and giving more focus to the joy of blends. His Domaine de Binet Tempranillo Cabernet Graciano 2017 is a perfect example with its tight red fruits, crunchy acidity and firm, dry tannins.
