A new wine from Patrick with fruit sourced from two blocks within the Patrick vineyard. Emphasis has been on maximising fruit generosity and paring back tannin extraction.
Medium red black. Pure Cabernet richness of blackberry, iodine, prune, eucalypt and spicy barrel. Focussed fruit and black cola concentration, with espresso-like tannins and hints of black tea, black olive and vanilla persisting.
