Family-owned Pauletts has nailed the regional Clare Valley style with their 2020 Shiraz, and although it's drinking well already, it will continue to soften if cellared.
Deep, dark red. Complex aromas of amaro, liquorice, charcuterie, tapenade and plum. Big and bold, with secondary notes of cedar and leather alongside the still-fresh core of mulberry and plum, fine yet deep tannins, and mocha-like oak in support.
