2014 was hailed as the best since 1965, and the great old vine vineyards thrived in the conditions. This is a very special wine and has all the hallmarks of that great vintage.
Youthful dark red. Bright red fruit, black olive, briar and charry oak. Fabulously fresh and primary, with masses of peppery black fruit, attractive potpourri florals, liquorice-like tannins, and mouth-coating richness from start to finish.
