Peter Drayton has delivered an easy-drinking wine using state-of-the-art facilities to blend two of the Hunter’s classic varieties Semillon and Verdelho.
Pale straw in colour, with aromas of fresh grapefruit, peach, nectarine and lychee. Medium to full-bodied on the palate with a powerful blend of citrus and stonefruit, lime-like acidity and a dry, savoury finish.
