Peter Drayton's IronBark Hill range is named after the eucalyptus trees on the property, and this Shiraz is right where it should be in the classic Hunter medium-bodied style.
Medium garnet colour. Red fruits, prune, rhubarb, fine rosemary and thyme, ironstone and cedar oak. A medium-bodied and velvety red with satiny red cherry and raspberry jube, fine tannins and charry barrel perfume. A younger-drinking red.
