A bold yet refined example of modern Hunter Valley Chardonnay from regional expert Peter Drayton. Lovely now but will gain even more complexity in the bottle.
Bright straw green. Elegant yet complex aromas of citrus, stonefruit, fig, marzipan and brioche. Palate flows on from the nose, with excellent harmony and gentle flavour length, with deluxe barrel spice, and fresh, balancing acidity.
