Deep purple. Dark fruit, kitchen spice and Dutch liquorice. Full-bodied and intensely flavoured with blackberry, cassis and plum, toast and exotic spices, beautifully fine-grained savoury tannins and crisp acidity. So fresh yet complex and long.
