Peterson House Sparkling Blanc de Blanc Chardonnay 2006

The Hunter’s best known Sparkling maker has crafted a Blanc de Blanc that’s true to its heritage.
 
Established in 1995, Peterson’s Champagne House specialises in Sparkling wines made using the traditional ‘methode Champenoise’ technique. It is pale straw in colour with a green hue and displays a fine bead with a lovely persistent mousse. Rich peachy, slightly toasty aromas lift with a hint of lees complexity. This luscious full bodied wine is zesty with fresh fruit on the fine yet rich and flavoursome palate.
