Named after the winemaker and daughter of the owner of Pfeiffer wines, this blend has been a collaboration between Wine Selectors and Pfeiffer for almost 10 years with Panellist Dave Mavor and Jennifer ensuring the best wine makes it into the bottle.
Made by Jen Pfeiffer, this blend opens with a rich mix of white peach and melon with underlying honeysuckle and almond meal aromas. The palate shows generous layers of stonefruit, preserved lemon and apple with a creamy, mealy complexity, fresh, spicy acidity and vanillin oak in support.
