Phil Ryan Semillon 2016

A rare treat to have our Co-Chairman, Phil Ryan, share his love of Semillon. As a winemaker, Phil has been championing Semillon for over 40 years.
 
In the glass: Vibrant yellow green.
On the nose: Delicate yet vibrant lime leaf, lemongrass and lemon juice lift.
On the palate: A classic Hunter Semillon – tight and intense, it’s made for the cellar with a youthful mix of mineral and lemon, some salty oyster shell notes and lime-like acidity driving the package.
