This Shiraz was made in honour of Hunter Valley Legend and Wine Selector’s co-Chairman, Phil Ryan, who is one of the regions most iconic winemakers.
In the glass: Medium density red.
On the nose: Black plum, redcurrant, pepper and earth.
On the palate: Medium weight and elegant with a core of red and black fruits, subtle savoury notes, a very fine tannin structure and bright racy acidity.
