Grown and made in Cowra NSW, Pig in The House believe that their organic farming practices produce wines which are unique to their region, just as this Cabernet shows.
Dark ruby colour. Plum, mulberry, bay leaf and white pepper perfumes. Vibrant and plummy, juicy and medium-weight, with gentle cedary tannins, savoury complexity, and juicy acidity. A good all-rounder without the need for a long stint in the cellar.
