The Merle is named after the Pike family matriarch and is only made from the best parcels of grapes. It is one of Australia's best Riesling's.
Very pale with green freshness. Bath salts, jasmine, lime and green apple aromas. Light-bodied, very fine and pure, with excellent focus and drive, a piercing core of green fruit, attractive chalky minerality, and impressive length. Superb.
