Padthaway is the northern entrance to the Limestone Coast wine region, and although Sauvignon Blanc is not widely planted, it excels in the cool climate.
Pale and bright. Intense tropical passionfruit, guava and crushed herb aromas. Very true-to-variety, with a tangy and mouth-watering mix of gooseberry, tropical fruit and asparagus, with zippy acidity and a clean finish.
