Made from coastally positioned vines, overlooking Tasmania’s Bass Strait, it’s a cool climate gem, very reminiscent of Chablis - and it will really come into its own with a couple of years in the cellar.
Pale lemon colour with lifted grapefruit, green apple and oatmeal aromas. The very lively, racy palate has bright fruit and tight acidity, which delivers a complex, cool climate style. Subtle textural notes add a layer of interest with oak very much in the background.
