A subtle entry of terrific red cherry, plum, earth and hints of smoke introduces the brooding palate featuring lovely aged secondary characters of dried strawberries and black plums. It has a light, pleasant chocolate lift well supported by spicy strawberry notes and long, still-fresh acidity. A wine that will enjoy further cellaring if you can resist opening it.
