Established in 1974, Pipers Brook takes a meticulous approach to winemaking, resulting in cool climate Tasmanian wines with integrity and finesse like this refined Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot.
Pale yellow in the glass with a fine bead, it features subtle, creamy, yeast, sourdough and citrus aromas with a hint of baked apple on the nose. The refined palate shows layers of rich melon fruit with dry, minerally acidity - delicate yet intense and flavoursome with faint yeast and bread shop characters. Still incredibly youthful, it will continue to age very well in the medium-term.
