Some fantastic Pinot is coming out of Western Australia's Great Southern, and this one from Plantagenet is a cracker. Lovely with or without food.
Pale ruby. Masses of strawberry, red cherry, rose petal and cedar oak on the nose. Fresh, clean, juicy and fruit-driven, with a sweet mix of red berry fruit, soft and silken tannin foundation, balanced oak and acidity, and a deluxe feel throughout.
