Great Southern, and particularly the Mount Barker sub-region, is now recognised as one of the best areas in the country for premium cool-climate Riesling production.
Bright and pale. Lemon, lime and talc aromas. Youthful, intense and dry with strong varietal character and spice notes, some background hints of sherbet and bath salts, and very tightly-wound acidity. Very good potential.
