A lovely Italianate blend of Fiano and Vermentino that manages to be fresh and bright, but also texturally interesting, making it an excellent food wine.
Bright straw green. Primary and fresh with vibrant white melon, celery and fennel. Juicy white melon from start to finish, with excellent umami softness, velvety acidity and lovely textural elements and a touch of bees wax on the supple finish.
