Purple Hands Wines Old Vine Grenache 2016

Purple Hands is the labour of love of winemaker Craig Stansborough and his mate and winelover, Mark Slade. Their passion for the Barossa sees stellar wines like this Old Vine Grenache.
 
In the glass: Youthful red purple.
On the nose: Fleshy dark berry fruit lift with a hint of confectionary.
On the palate: Ripe, plush and jubey with succulent dark cherry and raspberry fruit balanced by savoury oak and herb notes and fine tannin dryness. Very drinkable!
