This is a small side project of the Hordern family in the Upper Hunter, crafting small batches of quality Chardonnay, Shiraz and Semillon.
Pale and bright. White peach, apple, grapefruit and nougat. A light to medium-weight expression, yet with plenty of citrus and stonefruit power, notes of marzipan and blanched almonds, fresh acidity and light oak. Very fruit-focussed.
