Rob Paulazzo is one of the young gun winemakers in NSW's Riverina, however he looks further afar for his Reserve range, in this case the cool climate of Hilltops.
Deep red purple. Lifted aromas of dark fruit, cedar, potpourri and wood smoke. A medium-weight, easy-drinking Cabernet, with layers of blackcurrant and dark cherry, some leafy undertones, fine tannins, and savoury oak spice to finish.
