Rob Paulazzo is one of the young gun winemakers in NSW's Riverina, however he looks further afar for his Reserve range, in this case the cool climate of Hilltops.
Deep red purple. Concentrated aromas of black fruit, black pepper, charcuterie and cedar. Full-bodied, with a concentrated core of spiced plum and anise, some tannin grip yet with a plush mouthfeel, charry oak, and a fresh acid finish.
