Rob Paulazzo is one of the young gun winemakers in NSW's Riverina, however he looks further afar for his Reserve range, in this case the cool climate of Hilltops.
Deep, dark red. Blueberry, mulberry, white pepper and cedar aromas. Rich and bright, with a juicy and concentrated mix of dark fruit flavours, undertones of mocha and anise, very fine tannins, and chocolatey oak on a dry finish.
