This Italian variety has certainly found its niche in Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, and Red Hill Estate has delivered a classic example.
Very fine pink to copper hue. Delicate citrus, pear, musk and yellow flowers. Elegant yet plush with ripe nashi, dried apple and herb, supple acidity and terrific concentration. A hint of fruit sweetness is well balanced by crisp acidity.
