In the winery: Fermented in French oak with partial natural malolactic fermentation, three months lees stirring and 16 months in oak.
In the glass: Bright lemon yellow, green hue.
On the nose: Ripe lemon and nectarine with sea salt, ozone and toasty oak.
On the palate: Sweet, fragrant varietal fruit lift with balanced vanillin oak and intense lime-like acidity. Plush, juicy and delicious with a creamy texture and grilled nut and nougat complexity.
