Cool climate winemaking guru, Tim Knappstein, has really nailed this wine in the true Gris style – it’s vibrant, intense, flavoursome and textural yet has a lightness of touch.
 
In the glass: Pale lemon straw.
On the nose: Fragrant pear, apple and lemon.
On the palate: Shows purity and generosity with a delicate core of yellow and white fruits, and an underlying nutty layer adding complexity and velvety texture throughout.
