The 2015 vintage in the Yarra Valley was defined by cool, dry weather perfect for ripening with crops producing between 10 – 20% above average.
Pale lemon in colour, with aromas of passionfruit, guava, dried herb and honeysuckle. On the palate, this wine is tropical and rich with a core of honeyed fruit, a complex and velvety mouth-feel, and on-point acidity to balance the sweetness.
