In the winery: Hand picked fruit was inoculated with Burgundy-strain yeast, fermented to dryness, then matured in 30% new French oak for nine months.
In the glass: Bright and clear medium straw with a faint green hue.
On the nose: White peach, cashew, toast.
On the palate: Full-bodied and layered with stonefruit and melon fruit signatures framed by obvious yet refined charry oak. Definitely one for the oak-lovers.
