This is a blend of selected parcels of Shiraz from the Blewitt Springs, Willunga, and McLaren Flats districts of the Vale, and 2019 was particularly strong for Shiraz.
Deep red purple. Blackberry, cherry, plum, pepper, black olive and charry oak. Ripe and juicy, medium-to full-bodied, with rich fruit flavours, silken, powder-soft tannins, excellent flavour sweetness, deluxe oak, and a long finish. Delicious!
