Rochford R Rosé 2015

Fresh from one of the Yarra Valley’s most prestigious wineries, this Rosé was described by the Tasting Panel as, “A wonderful food style that's all about texture.”
 
In the glass: Pale salmon to onion skin.
On the nose: Cranberry, red cherry, bay leaf and white pepper aromas.
On the palate: A dry and savoury Rosé that’s incredibly fresh and mouth-watering with lovely peppery red berry fruits, velvety soft texture and a pure line of acidity. A stand-out Rosé that’s quite neutral and European in style with an almost salty persistence.
