Rockcliffe Third Reef Riesling 2016

Our Tasting Panellists love Riesling, and frankly don’t understand the general consumer reluctance to drink it, but this style is sure to convert the doubters.
 
In the glass: Pale lemon green.
On the nose: Subtle lime zest, apple and lemon.
On the palate: Bone dry and pure with a tightly-wound core of fruit bound by delicious acidity, subtle wet rock-like minerality and lingering flavour persistence. Although delicious and very youthful now, the acidity will ensure success in the cellar.
