The producer of this wine, Tisdall Wines, was first established in Victoria in 1971 by Dr Peter Tisdall, who was amongst the first to plant Merlot in Australia.
Medium to dark red in the glass, this Merlot was produced from fruit grown at Rosbercon vineyard located in the Goulburn Valley. It offers aromas of dried mint, herb, tomato bush and ripe red berries, while the palate is vibrant, ripe and dense with a plush core of berry, plum and chocolate balanced by ripe tannins and bright acidity.
