Made from grapes grown at the Rowlee vineyard, situated 950 metres above sea level, on mineral-rich deep clay loam, red and brown, derived from basalt.
Pale with a silver fleck. Lifted apple, pear, musk and pickled ginger aromas. Juicy and bright entry to a fine and delicate palate, with white florals, pear nectar and cinnamon, fresh acidity and a flavoursome finish. Very refined.
