Durif originated in France's Rhône Valley, and found its Australian home in Victoria's Rutherglen, where it produces wines of great depth, power, structure and longevity.
Opaque crimson-purple. Super-ripe cassis, blackcurrant, prune, vanilla and oak perfumes. Terrific richness and structure, with iron-clad fruit power and depth, deep yet fine tannins, with notes of graphite and earth on the powerful finish.
