The largest grower in Rutherglen, with vines planted on five vineyard sites, Rutherglen Estates has the resources to craft superb batches of interesting wines.
 
In the glass: Deep inky red purple.
On the nose: Very powerful and rich, with blackberry, plum, leather and tobacco.
On the palate: Big, bold and full-bodied with a concentrated core of black fruit flavours, multi-layered spicy tannins, fresh acidity and plenty of oak. Classic Durif.
