In the winery: Only French oak barriques were used for fermentation (20% new, 20% in one-year-old and the remainder in older barriques). It was left to mature on lees in barrel for a total of 8 months.
In the glass: Pale lemon.
On the nose: Lifted citrus, cashew and flint.
On the palate: Bright and vibrant with a solid core of white and yellow fruit, a lovely savoury sourdough-like layer, a seasoning of oak and long, lingering acid drive.
