The Schild family have been tending their vineyards in the Barossa since 1952, and they have some terrific parcels of Merlot to select from to craft this delicious example.
Deep, dark red. Savoury dark berry fruit with notes of tomato leaf and tobacco. Sweet, deep and fleshy yet with a cool herbaceous edge, with red plum, strawberry compote and vanilla combining to give a plush mouthfeel and good flavour persistence.
