The inaugural release of this wine. The 'EC' tag a historical reference that has been resurrected and that pays homage to some of the winery's blended reds of the 1960's.
Deep red purple. Fragrant nose of rose petal, dried herb, blackberry, black olive and liquorice. Full-bodied yet not over the top, with a ripe core of black and purple fruit, tapenade, thyme and anise, gentle yet deep tannins and a long, complex finish.
