Serafino Goose Island Rosé 2015

The geese on Goose Island near Lake Serafino all have unique personalities, much like Serafino’s wines. This Rosé is an entertainer, perfect for next time you’re hosting lunch.
 
In the glass: Pale salmon pink.
On the nose: Earthy and savoury red fruits with background touches of shortbread and white pepper.
On the palate: Medium weight and quite dry with a surprisingly dense core of red berry fruit, good balance and savoury almost salty texture.
