Grenache has proven to be one of the best varieties to use to craft modern Rosé. It imparts attractive spice notes and a slippery mouthfeel, and lovely balancing acidity.
Very pale onion skin colour. Rose petal, raspberry and white pepper. A delicate, fine-boned style with nervy acidity driving the bright mix of red and white berry fruit, attractive kitchen spice notes and a fine, persistent finish.
