Serafino are a leading producer of alternative varieties, but here they have made a wine that leads with the more popular red varieties of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro.
In the glass: Crimson red.
On the nose: Plum, blueberry and confectionary.
On the palate: Sweet red and blue fruit entry with spice, dried herb, black olive and tarry notes. The tannins are fine and deep, and the acidity is bright and long.
