This wine is part of Serafino’s range named after Goose Island in Lake Serafino. Each goose, they say, “has its own unique personality”, just like their wines including this velvety Cabernet Merlot.
 
Following a nose of ripe red and black fruits, light oak and a leafy freshness comes a medium to full bodied palate with red and black fruits, a velvety mouthfeel, quality background oak, coffee-like tannins and generous length.
