The palate delivers dense velvet harmony with mouth-filling yet sublimely soft black fruits. This massive red shows great tannic depth yet is already approachable.
Awarded a Double Gold, the Zilzie Regional Collection Barossa Shiraz 2016 is medium weight and savoury-in-style. The palate shows a deep core of red and black fruits with spice adding a savoury element, good balance of oak, acid and tannins throughout. Quite silken and almost creamy in the mouth.
