In the winery: To maximize the delicate Pinot characters, the wine was not filtered, but allowed to clarify naturally in the cellar.
In the glass: Medium density Pinot red.
On the nose: Intensely fragrant black cherry, red plum, raspberry, clove and black tea.
On the palate: Smooth and velvety with layer upon layer of dark cherry and clove flavours. Supple, juicy, long and savoury, it displays fresh acid persistence and lovely savoury oak support.
